Fanprobe offers a 60-day return window exclusively for the Mortuary Balancing Bar™ purchased directly from Fanprobe.com or an authorized U.S. reseller. To qualify for a return, the Mortuary Balancing Bar™ must: Have been purchased directly from Fanprobe.com or an authorized U.S. reseller. Be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. Be returned in clean, complete, and reasonable condition. Include proof of purchase or an order number upon request. Return shipping charges may apply unless otherwise stated by Fanprobe. OTHER PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, posters, printed materials, accessories, promotional items, and other physical merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for return.If a non-Mortuary Balancing Bar product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Fanprobe within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

SERVICE REFUND POLICY

Website design, website maintenance, digital marketing, SEO services, consulting, email marketing, software setup, and other professional services are not physical products and are not eligible for return or refund once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits for service-based projects are non-refundable after work has started. Completed services, approved designs, published websites, maintenance services already performed, and digital deliverables are not eligible for refund.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Fanprobe will replace eligible products when: The incorrect item was shipped. The product arrived damaged during shipping. The product has a verified manufacturing defect. Replacement requests should be submitted within 60 days of delivery for the Mortuary Balancing Bar™. To request a replacement, contact Fanprobe with your order number, photographs (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
