SECTION 3. MORTUARY BALANCING BAR USE
The Mortuary Balancing Bar is intended as a professional workflow support tool for funeral homes, mortuaries, preparation rooms, embalmers, funeral directors, and death care professionals.
The product is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Information provided on this website is for general product and workflow information only and should not be considered medical, legal, safety, or regulatory advice.

SECTION 4. POSTERS AND PRINTED MATERIALS
Posters and printed materials are sold as physical printed products. Printed items may have minor variations in color, finish, or appearance due to printing, screen display differences, or production methods.
Posters and printed materials must be unused, undamaged, and returned in resellable condition to qualify for an eligible return, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
SECTION 5. WEBSITE DESIGN AND DIGITAL SERVICES
Fanprobe may provide website design, website redesign, website maintenance, SEO support, email campaign work, digital marketing, consulting, content updates, landing pages, and other service-based work.
Service projects may require a deposit before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable once project work has started.
Final balances are due before website launch, publishing, transfer, final delivery, or continuation into the next project phase.
Project timelines may change if required client materials, approvals, access credentials, images, copy, domain information, hosting access, platform access, feedback, or other required information are delayed.
Fanprobe is not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials, delayed approvals, third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain providers, payment processors, email platforms, software tools, or changes requested outside the original project scope.
Additional revisions, new pages, new features, integrations, copywriting, design changes, platform changes, troubleshooting, or work outside the original agreed scope may require a separate quote or additional payment.
SECTION 6. WEBSITE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Website maintenance services may include updates, monitoring, technical support, content changes, minor revisions, troubleshooting, and other support tasks as described in the applicable agreement, invoice, or service description.
Monthly maintenance plans are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated in writing. Maintenance fees cover the service period purchased and are not refunds for unused time once the billing period has started.
Fanprobe may pause or cancel maintenance services if payments are missed, access is removed, client communication is delayed, or the requested work falls outside the agreed maintenance scope.
Website maintenance does not guarantee uninterrupted website performance, search ranking results, third-party platform uptime, plugin compatibility, hosting performance, email deliverability, or prevention of all technical issues.
SECTION 7. PAYMENT PLANS, BILLING, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases and service orders.
Payment plans may be offered at Fanprobe’s discretion. Missed, failed, disputed, or delayed payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, suspension of services, cancellation of a project, or withholding of final deliverables until the balance is paid.
For website design and digital service projects, Fanprobe may withhold launch, transfer, publishing, files, credentials, or final delivery until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order or service request.
