When does the 14-day trial begin?
The trial begins on the confirmed delivery date, not the date the order is placed.
Is the $325 deposit refundable?
Yes. The $325 product deposit is refundable if the MBAR is returned according to the trial terms.
Is the shipping fee refundable?
No. The $35 shipping fee is non-refundable.
What happens if we keep the MBAR?
If your facility keeps the MBAR, the $325 deposit is applied toward the purchase.
How do we return the MBAR?
Contact Fanprobe before the trial period ends for return instructions. The MBAR must be returned according to the trial terms.
Can we request more than one trial unit?
The trial program is limited to one trial unit per facility unless otherwise approved by Fanprobe.
