LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Effective Date: 01/10/2025
Fanprobe LLC (“Fanprobe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Limited Product Warranty for eligible physical products purchased directly from Fanprobe or an authorized seller.
This warranty applies to eligible Fanprobe physical products, including the Mortuary Balancing Bar, unless a different written warranty is provided with the product.
This warranty does not apply to website design, website maintenance, digital services, consulting, email campaigns, SEO work, marketing services, setup work, or other service-based offerings.
1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
Fanprobe warrants that eligible physical products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the original end-user purchaser.
If an eligible product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Fanprobe will, at its sole discretion:
Repair the product
Replace the product with a new or comparable product
Provide a replacement part, if applicable
Refund the original purchase price of the product
Fanprobe will determine the appropriate remedy after reviewing the warranty claim.
2.WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty period begins on the original purchase date shown on the customer’s receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
Replacement products or parts are covered for the remaining warranty period of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
3.EXCLUSIONS
This Limited Product Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage, including scratches, scuffs, dents, discoloration, or surface wear
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper storage, improper cleaning, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions, care guidelines, or intended-use guidance
Products used for purposes other than their intended use
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
Lost, stolen, discarded, or intentionally damaged products
Posters, printed materials, or packaging damage unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect
Service-based work, including website design, website maintenance, digital marketing, consulting, SEO, email campaign work, or setup services
4.HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
To request warranty service, contact Fanprobe at contact@fanprobe.com and include:
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation
Your name, business name, email address, and phone number
A detailed description of the issue
Photos or other evidence showing the defect, if applicable
Product serial number, if applicable
Fanprobe may request additional information to evaluate the claim.
If the warranty claim is approved, Fanprobe will provide instructions for repair, replacement, return, or refund. Fanprobe may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a remedy.
Shipping costs related to warranty claims will be handled at Fanprobe’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.
5.LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Fanprobe’s responsibility under this Limited Product Warranty is limited to repair, replacement, replacement part, or refund of the original purchase price, at Fanprobe’s sole discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fanprobe is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruption, labor costs, replacement labor, loss of use, or other related damages.
6.TRANSFERABILITY
This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original end-user purchaser.
7.GOVERNING LAW
This Limited Product Warranty is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
