RETURN POLICY

Fanprobe offers a 60-day return window for eligible physical products, including the Mortuary Balancing Bar, posters, and other physical merchandise purchased directly from Fanprobe or an approved vendor.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Have been purchased directly from Fanprobe or an approved vendor

  • Be within 60 days of the original purchase date

  • Be returned in clean, complete, and reasonable condition

  • Include proof of purchase or an order number if requested

Posters and printed materials must be unused, undamaged, and returned in resellable condition.

SERVICE REFUND POLICY

Website design, website maintenance, digital marketing, consulting, setup work, email campaign work, SEO work, and other service-based projects are not physical products and are not eligible for return.

Deposits for service-based projects are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Completed service work, approved design work, published website work, maintenance services already performed, and digital work already delivered are not eligible for refund.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Fanprobe offers replacements within 60 days of purchase for eligible physical products.

Your item may qualify for a replacement if:

  • It was purchased from Fanprobe.com or an authorized distributor

  • It arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The purchase was made within the last 60 days

To request a replacement, contact Fanprobe with your order number and a description of the issue.
