Trial Charges

A $325 refundable trial deposit is required to initiate the trial. A $35 outbound shipping fee is charged at checkout and is non-refundable. No additional charges are incurred during the 7-day evaluation period.

How the Trial Works

One Mortuary Balancing Bar™ is shipped to your facility. The 7-day trial period begins upon confirmed delivery, and the bar may be used during real cases throughout the evaluation. One trial unit per facility is permitted.

Returns & Refunds

If the bar is returned within the 7-day trial window and according to the provided return instructions, the $325 trial deposit is fully refunded. A prepaid return shipping label is provided. The $35 outbound shipping fee is not refundable.

End-of-Trial Outcome

If the bar is retained after the trial period, the $325 deposit is applied toward the purchase price, or an invoice is issued for the remaining balance. Additional units require purchase or invoice approval.

What Happens After You Submit the Form

A Fanprobe representative will review your request. If approved, you will receive a secure payment link to submit the $325 refundable trial deposit and pay the $35 outbound shipping fee. Once payment is completed, your trial unit is shipped.
