Fanprobe stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of the Mortuary Balancing Bar™.
If you are not fully satisfied with a Mortuary Balancing Bar™ purchased directly from Fanprobe.com or an authorized U.S. seller, you may request a refund or replacement within 60 days of the original purchase date.
This guarantee applies only to the original end-user purchaser and only to eligible Mortuary Balancing Bar™ purchases.
This guarantee does not apply to posters, printed materials, website design, website maintenance, digital services, consulting, marketing services, setup work, or any other service-based offering.
Authorized Seller Requirement
Because Fanprobe cannot verify the condition, storage, handling, or authenticity of products sold through unauthorized sources, the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to items purchased from unverified websites, unauthorized resellers, or third-party marketplaces.

Return Condition
To qualify for a refund, the Mortuary Balancing Bar™ must be returned in clean, complete, and reasonable condition, unless the claim involves a verified defect, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item.
Fanprobe reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests if the product shows signs of misuse, abuse, intentional damage, unauthorized modification, or policy abuse.
How to Submit a Claim
To request a refund or replacement, contact Fanprobe and be prepared to provide:
Where and when the item was purchased
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation
A description of the issue or reason for the request
Photos or other supporting information, if requested
Product serial number, if applicable
All claims must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Policy Guidelines
Fanprobe reserves the right to verify order and purchase information, request valid proof of purchase, inspect returned products, and deny claims in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, unauthorized resale, or failure to meet this policy’s requirements.
Approved refunds, replacements, or other remedies will be provided at Fanprobe’s discretion and in accordance with Fanprobe’s return, replacement, and warranty policies.
