At Fanprobe, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with a Mortuary Balancing Bar™ purchased directly from Fanprobe.com or an authorized U.S. seller, you may request a refund or replacement within 60 days of the original purchase date.

This guarantee applies only to the original end-user purchaser.

Authorized Seller Requirement

Because we cannot verify the condition or handling of products sold through unauthorized sources, the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to items purchased from unverified websites or third-party marketplaces.

How to Submit a Claim

To request a refund or replacement, contact us and be prepared to provide:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
