General web care questions
What is a website care plan?
A website care plan is monthly support for keeping your website updated, monitored, and maintained after launch. It helps prevent your site from becoming outdated, broken, inaccurate, or neglected.
Who are Fanprobe website care plans for?
Website care plans are for funeral homes, service businesses, professional organizations, and small companies that need regular website updates and technical support without hiring in-house staff.
Do I need a care plan if my website is already finished?
Yes, if your website needs ongoing updates, monitoring, SEO upkeep, analytics review, or occasional technical help. A finished website still needs maintenance. Otherwise, small issues pile up and the site becomes stale.
Can Fanprobe maintain a website you did not build?
In many cases, yes. Fanprobe can review your current website platform, access level, setup, and maintenance needs before confirming whether a care plan is appropriate.
What counts as a content edit?
A content edit is a small website change that does not require a full redesign, custom development, or major restructuring.
- Text updates
- Photo swaps
- Phone number or address updates
- Service description edits
- Minor layout adjustments
- Announcement or notice updates
Standard and Premium plan questions
What is included in the Web Care Standard plan?
Web Care Standard is best for basic upkeep, small edits, and routine website maintenance. It includes up to 5 content edits per month, security checks, uptime monitoring, broken link checks, basic SEO upkeep, performance cleanup, a monthly analytics summary, and up to 1 hour of work per month.
What is included in the Web Care Premium plan?
Web Care Premium is best for businesses that need frequent updates and priority support. It includes unlimited small text edits, up to 1 page redesign per quarter, performance optimization, backup and restore support, minor workflow adjustments, priority support, and up to 4 hours of work per month.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard is for light monthly maintenance. Premium is for businesses that expect more frequent updates, page improvements, and stronger ongoing support.
- Standard: up to 5 content edits per month
- Standard: up to 1 hour of work per month
- Premium: unlimited small text edits
- Premium: up to 1 page redesign per quarter
- Premium: up to 4 hours of work per month

How fast will Fanprobe respond to update requests?
Standard response time is typically 24–48 hours. Premium requests are placed in the priority support queue, but timing still depends on the request size, complexity, access requirements, and current workload.
What is and is not included
What is not included in the Standard plan?
The Standard plan does not include redesigns, new pages, custom development, integrations, or large content uploads unless quoted separately.
What is not included in the Premium plan?
The Premium plan does not include full website rebuilds, new custom integrations, or large multi-step workflows unless those services are quoted separately.
Do unused monthly hours roll over?
No. Monthly support time is reserved for that billing month and does not roll over. This keeps scheduling, response time, and workload management clean.
What happens if my request goes over the monthly time limit?
If a request exceeds the included monthly support time, Fanprobe will review the request and provide a separate quote or approval option before additional work is performed.
Does web care include full SEO campaigns?
No. Website care includes basic SEO upkeep, not a full SEO campaign. Advanced SEO, content strategy, keyword expansion, landing pages, and ongoing search campaigns are separate services.
Subscription and support process questions
How do I submit website update requests?
After starting a care plan, you can submit update requests through the approved support method provided by Fanprobe. Requests should be clear, specific, and include any text, images, links, or instructions needed to complete the update.
Can I cancel a website care plan?
Yes. Website care plans are monthly support services unless otherwise stated in your agreement. Cancellation terms should follow the plan terms or any separate agreement approved before service begins.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing options are listed on the Website Care Plans page. Standard is listed with an annual option of $828 per year, and Premium is listed with an annual option of $1,548 per year.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose Standard if your site only needs light monthly maintenance. Choose Premium if you expect frequent updates, page improvements, or stronger ongoing support.
Can I get help choosing a plan?
Yes. Contact Fanprobe before subscribing if you are unsure which plan fits your website. The wrong plan creates frustration, so it is better to clarify your update needs first.
