Clear answers for businesses that need a professional website, stronger search visibility, and ongoing digital support after launch.

Website Design

Website design questions

What types of websites does Fanprobe design?

Fanprobe designs professional websites for funeral homes, funeral transport companies, cremation providers, deathcare-related businesses, and other service-based businesses that need a clear and credible online presence.

Do I need a brand-new website or just a redesign?

If your current website looks outdated, is hard to use on mobile, has weak service pages, or does not make it easy for visitors to contact you, a redesign is usually the better move. If your current platform is limited, poorly structured, or difficult to maintain, a new website may be cleaner and more cost-effective.

What is included in a website design project?

Most website design projects include page structure, custom layout design, mobile-friendly formatting, service page setup, contact forms, call-to-action placement, basic SEO structure, and launch support.

  • Homepage design
  • Service pages
  • Contact forms
  • Mobile responsive layout
  • Basic SEO setup
How long does a website project usually take?

A basic website can often be completed in a few weeks once content, photos, services, and approvals are provided. Larger websites, custom content, SEO work, integrations, or delayed feedback can extend the timeline.

Will my website work on phones and tablets?

Yes. Mobile layout is not optional. Many families and customers search from their phones, so the website must be easy to read, easy to navigate, and easy to contact from a mobile device.

SEO & Search Visibility

SEO questions

What does SEO mean?

SEO stands for search engine optimization. It means improving your website structure, page content, titles, service information, and local search signals so people can better find your business through search engines.

Can Fanprobe guarantee that my website will rank #1 on Google?

No. Anyone promising guaranteed #1 rankings is selling nonsense. Search rankings depend on competition, location, website quality, content, backlinks, reviews, Google Business Profile strength, and ongoing activity. Fanprobe focuses on improving the structure and visibility factors that can realistically help your website perform better.

What SEO work is included with a website build?

Basic SEO setup may include page titles, descriptions, clean page structure, service-focused content, internal linking, image descriptions, local keyword planning, and Google-friendly organization.

Do I need Google Business Profile support?

For local service businesses, yes. Your Google Business Profile is often just as important as your website. It affects how your business appears in local search, Google Maps, reviews, business hours, photos, services, and contact information.

How long does SEO take to work?

SEO is not instant. Some improvements can happen quickly, but meaningful visibility usually builds over time. The timeline depends on competition, website age, content quality, local market strength, reviews, and how consistent the business is with updates.

Web Care

Web care and maintenance questions

What is web care?

Web care is ongoing support after your website launches. It can include page edits, content updates, image changes, service updates, basic troubleshooting, performance checks, and digital support so your website does not become outdated.

Do I need a web care plan after launch?

If you want your website to stay current, yes. Most businesses do not maintain their sites properly after launch. That is how websites become outdated, inaccurate, slow, and less useful. A web care plan keeps the site active and maintained.

What types of updates are included in web care?

Web care can include text edits, photo updates, service changes, staff updates, announcement updates, form checks, basic page adjustments, SEO maintenance, and general website support.

Can I request website changes without a monthly plan?

Yes. One-time updates may be available depending on the request. However, businesses that need ongoing changes, regular updates, SEO support, or faster service are better suited for a monthly web care plan.

What is not included in standard web care?

Standard web care does not usually include a full redesign, major new page builds, advanced SEO campaigns, paid advertising management, custom software development, or large content writing projects unless those services are included in the approved plan or quoted separately.

Website Care

General web care questions

What is a website care plan?

A website care plan is monthly support for keeping your website updated, monitored, and maintained after launch. It helps prevent your site from becoming outdated, broken, inaccurate, or neglected.

Who are Fanprobe website care plans for?

Website care plans are for funeral homes, service businesses, professional organizations, and small companies that need regular website updates and technical support without hiring in-house staff.

Do I need a care plan if my website is already finished?

Yes, if your website needs ongoing updates, monitoring, SEO upkeep, analytics review, or occasional technical help. A finished website still needs maintenance. Otherwise, small issues pile up and the site becomes stale.

In many cases, yes. Fanprobe can review your current website platform, access level, setup, and maintenance needs before confirming whether a care plan is appropriate.
