Training Mannequin Rental Request

Fanprobe provides short-term rental of professional, life-size clinical training mannequins to qualified organizations for training, demonstration, and instructional use.

This request form is used to assess eligibility, confirm availability, and prepare rental terms. Submission does not guarantee approval. All rentals are subject to availability and execution of a rental agreement and liability waiver.

This rental service is best suited for:

• Hospitals and health systems

• EMS, fire, and emergency response agencies

• Educational institutions and training programs

• Approved professional organizations

Fanprobe does not provide training or instruction. Renting organizations are responsible for conducting their own internal training and supervision.
